An excellent price for the comfort, location, and aesthetic. Positive: The cottage had all we needed and was designed with care. Comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Nice to have a living and eating area even tho they are in a small space. Negative: The bathroom/shower is small but we managed fine even as larger people. We were only there one night. This might have been more annoying several nights in a row.

Great location in cute cottages, will be back. Positive: The cottages are cute and the location is amazing. Checkin and check out were a breeze. I appreciate that everything was contactless but the hosts weee easy to get a hold of and very communicative if needed. Negative: The bed was a bit squishy and there were cobwebs in the bathroom. I would expect those issues at more of a budget friendly venue…

We really had a relaxing and very comfortable stay at the house. The host is very on-point and proactively sending messages for an easy check in and check out reminders. The house is a home away from home. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect home base for exploring Spearfish and the Black Hills. She was a great host, and we really enjoyed our time here. We’d happily stay again!

Super cute cabins with easy access to downtown Spearfish and the City Park.

Overall, I think it was a great place and very friendly hosts, and was in a good location. However when we first walked in it smelled very strongly of dog odor, I turned off the window ACs and it seemed to go away for the most part and the baseboards/edges of the floor were covered in dust, and I think dog urine and very noticeable webs on the ceiling(not a fan of spiders or sleeping with them!!) knowing it was pet friendly, it’s expected and totally okay, except I myself would have made sure any odors or traces of a previous animal would be removed before next guest. I will not say that was for all guests experiences in these cottages because it could’ve very well only been this one! Not expecting perfection by no means so I think it’s worth it and it’s a very cute little area and cottage, highly recommended. <3

This was a great place for me, my boyfriend and our dog! Perfect amount of space for what we needed! Would definitely recommend to others! We had a wedding out here and last minute had to find a place for us and the dog (dog sitter cancelled). So glad we could find something to accommodate us!

Jackie's cabin is a really cute, well-designed cozy place. It's really clean and the space is designed to be relaxing. There's an induction stove and everything you need to cook a meal. I appreciated that you could self-check in with a keypad, but at the same time Jackie was super responsive. You didn't have to bother someone to coordinate your arrival, but you also knew there was a local host in town if you needed something. The cabin was on a quiet street, but close enough to walk to things. I enjoyed walking to Main Street.

Cute little cozy cabin. Perfect for our one night stay during a cross country roadtrip. My only dislike was that the shower is extremely small, it would not be ideal for me if I had to stay more than one night. Found a cute restaurant just right down the road, nice little town.

Perfect location. Close to town and happened to be there on a Friday night when they had a band and small town festival. Had so much fun! Cute town.

Great, cozy spot! We felt right at home and loved the quaint space, peaceful environment, and convenient location. The comfortable bed was especially nice after long days of exploring the area. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately unusable after the first night, which made work and travel planning a little difficult, though the host did their best to troubleshoot it. A few extra towels and more charging outlets would have been helpful as well. Just a note for future guests: the hot tub is a bit of a walk from the cottage, so we didn’t end up using it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Pictures look much better than the actual property. Cabins are much older and rundown on the outside. Parking is not good in front of cabins 5,6,7,8. Had someone parked behind us we would not have been able to get out. Paid a premium price probably because it was the start of Sturgis week

Loved this little spot! It was perfect for my friends and I. We enjoyed cooking our meals. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of room for prep work. Very cozy space!

We enjoyed our overnight stay in this cozy cottage. It matched the listing and made good use of the available space. The bathroom is compact, with a very small sink and limited counter space, but had a nice shower. Parking was convenient, the property was easy to locate, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The area was good for walking our dog. One thing to note is that there are multiple cottages on the property, so the photos in the listing may not exactly match the specific unit you receive, although our cottage was as described and met our expectations. Communication from the hosts was excellent, and we appreciated the simple checkout process and straightforward departure instructions.

I have been staying with Jackie on and off for a few weeks while I am in town working, waiting to close on my new home. She has been more than hospitable! Answers any questions immediately!

What a wonderful cabin, perfect for a mini vacation! Easy to locate and had all the accommodations listed and everything was well taken care of. We would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.

Needed the estate for one night to last second extend our family trip. Host approved our request promptly and made the check in process about as easy as it could be. House was clean and well decorated in a cute quiet area not too far from dinner and desert areas. The place was exactly as it was described. 10/10 would stay again.

We had a great layover at Jackie’s place! It had everything we needed for the evening and we enjoyed the walk to Spearfish Creek which is just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

The place was clean except for the rug in the living room that needs to be replaced because that's the first thing you see when you walk in . The refrigerator is very small. The mattress is extra firm which I don't mind but my husband hated and the bathroom sink is very tiny. Don't even try to brush your teeth in it or you will wind up with water all over you and your feet. It's in a perfect location and it worked well for what we needed. Just beware if you're coming with a bunch of food it will not fit in that refrigerator. I was lucky and had a cooler that you plug-in that I used to keep our stuff cold. The AC unit in the bedroom is a little noisy when it cuts off and on just bring a fan with you for extra added noise and you will not hear it.Overall I would stay there again .

Absolutely wonderful little cabin set back in a peaceful nook - loved that it was close to the parks and the stream. It feels out of the way but is close to downtown Spearfish. Loved it so much that we decided to extend a day. Great to have a wonderful pet-friendly place to stay and will do so again next time we pass through town :)

We had an excellent stay! We had a last minute need, and Jackie accommodated day of for us! Great location, two minutes from the best pizza - Dough Trader Pizza Co.

This adorable little cabin was worth the stay! It was such a nice little area that felt private despite being in town. We really enjoyed the back yard and loved relaxing on the swing with our dog. It was so serene and relaxing after a long drive. Our host was also amazing, as we wanted to extend for a day - the process went flawlessly and they were so kind! Definitely worth the stay if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed.

The place was easy to find and very clean inside. Pretty good if you are just passing through to your next location. Parking for our unit was a little tough due to the lack of available street parking, so we just parked on the gravel directly in front of the unit (#9). Our unit had a dryer/heat vent just outside the kitchen, which kept flapping and tapping all night, making for a fairly sleepless night. Hopefully, they can find a fix for that. I don't know if that issue is in all the units or just #9. All in all, it was cute, and conveniently located to downtown.

A great experience from booking to checkout (we even extended our stay by a day)! Arrival at cottage #9 was easy, with clear self check-in instructions. The cottage looked just as expected in the pictures/listing and made for a comfy-cozy “home base” for this visit. Super close to BHSU and a great place to unwind after exploring the hills.

JAckie's place is clean and convenient to restauraunts and coffee shops. It was a good basecamp for exploring the Black Hills and Devil's Tower. Would recommend staying here.

The cottage was everything we expected and more! Top of our list for a clean and comfortable stay! The location was perfect and the town of Spearfish is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.
